Today is the first day of Summer Learning Journey. I made a clock town on Art Colouring Book-Google Arts and Culture. it looks old and broken, its also light brownish.
The clock town was tall and had 4 clocks on each side ( well I think I could only see 2 clocks). The looked like 3:35 or 2:35. Here is the photo of the clock town. I hope you like my blog post bye.

Today I am going to talk about my leavers slide for next week because all of the year 6's are going the high school. Miss Scott shared the slide to us in room 10 and told us to write a speech. And this is my last year at Hornby Primary school. I had so much fun during the past few years. Also my favourite time at Hornby Primary school is when we went ice skating at EOTC week.
I would like to thank Miss Scott for teaching me algorithms and bedmas, and my past teachers like Miss Hanson. I have a lot of friend like James, Love and Casper and so on.
One of my highlights is in year 1 or 2 when I was racing other kids and I went first. Thanks for listening and have a happy merry Christmas

today I am going to talk about the morning when I went to breakfast with the other trusted trekkers. when me the trusted trekkers arrived at Joe's garage we were greeted by very nice people, and we all got walked to the table that we would be eating at.
The lady went around the around the whole table to pass a a colouring paper. well waiting I was colouring the paper and Whea Heather was asking if everyone wanted orange juice or hot chocolate. their was only one person that got orange juice and everyone else got hot chocolate.
then Whea Heather asked if we wanted jam with the pancakes or maple syrup. I chose jam. And when we were all done we went back to school

Today I am going to show you my thing for the Festival of Flowers. Me and my class had to start off with 3 poems. The 3 poems were Haiku, Quatrain and cinquain. I finished all of the poems.
Then we had 5 choices of things to do. I picked modelling clay and I made a bit apple with a worm going through the apple. When I finished I went to painting and I painted a sunflower. here is my sunflower

In the past few weeks , Me and my class were making paper mache birds. Miss Scott gave us a piece of chicken wire to shape it into a native birds. We weren't allowed to have the same bird as each other and I was with Jayden and we made a hoi ho. We painted it black, white, red, pink and green and yellow.I named bobby. I thought bobby. On Thursday I had to replace Oakley for the Student Summit. It was wonderful and I would love to tell you what I did in the student summit. First We had to leave around 9:10 to leave to run to the gym, where all the other schools were. There were lots of schools, We sat down and Miss Clifford was showing us where the toilet's and telling that there were different places that we had to go to. First thing I went to was Scratch, Heath and Conner were doing it. They first told us to login into scratch and create a new platform, and then we started to code. They showed the motion block and made the cat move 10 steps. When we finish we have to go to the next place that we picked. I went to the gym where all of the other people were to do codey rocky. I got to control it and my one was glitching. it was break time and I was eating then I noticed that we could play. when it was over I went to scratch and we were drawing, it was fun. then I finished off with blogging I hope you like the time I went to student summit and bye

Today I am going to show my procedure writing but first I have to tell you what we had to do and why we had to do it (oh and by the way we made hot chocolates). First me and my classes teacher told us to go on to a document. Then we had to write some instruct's. I had 12.
Then after 2 days (literally) we had could make the best hot chocolates (but my one was bad). I made hot chocolates that was yummy but weird. Here is a photo of me.(sorry I forget to tell you that we had to be in buddy's was Taylor). bye
Welcome My fellow bloggers,
I would love to tell you about my trip to the Hornby Hub to just read and listen to reading. It was really fun and I would like to do that again. We had to walk all the way to the Hornby Hub on the way there was a tunnel (oh and it was super, super, super, super, super loud).
But me and a teacher was and nice quiet. when me and my class got there we had to wait for the other classes. It felt 10 days for the other class to appear. When we got in side we had to sit down with the book that we had.
After about 500 days (really 15 minutes) of silent reading We finally left to go in a circle. When we got back I was complaining with one word 'why'.
After 1 day we got a reader she was reading kiwi. When we finished, we went to see slam poetry. On the last he said to 5 people can give a word that he would use in a poem. I said POTATO!! here is a photo of me reading. Bye
On Wednesday It was the best day in school it was exciting and amazing. It was League. I asked the teacher if my Jayden and Lewis could Come with me in my car but Mason, Jack and A friend came with me. In the car me Jayden and Lewis were at the back. When we got at the park we got ready for our first game. The first game we vs Te Waka and we lost then we tied with another team. then we won. here is a photo of me about getting a try good bye.

Today two people called Liam and Sou from halswell soccer/football club came to our school. room 10 and room 9 were made in 1 group. that 1 group got separated into 8 group. Liam told us to run to about 9 white cones and said the last one there is an egg. the first game we played was called turtle tag. I got tagged 3 times. the second game was knee tag. when we finished all of the games we started to play real soccer. my teammates were Lewis, Jhearean, Pippa, Moria and Sadiya. We were in the 3rd best square. and it was 1 to nile and then we went up a level. the 2nd best square and again we won. But then we lost, after losing to jayden's we learned how the secret hand shake. The end.

Hi today i am going to be talking about fun buddy class. It was fun because I had Kaia as my Buddy for the time. Because my regular buddy was sick. well sitting on the mat with Kaia, Miss frost was explaining what we were doing today in buddy class. when Miss Frost let us go me and kaia sat around a small table. first we got a paper that said My Buddy Book. we coloured it blue and purple. then we went to the next page and we had to draw ourselfs then I had to help her with writing.
